It further holds a Bhu-Sewa Operation Centre licence at national level, issued on 26 Jestha 2083 by the Department of Land Management and Archive. The company is registered with a paid-up share capital of Rs. 24.5 million from 25 promoters drawn from different spheres of society.

Licensing & limit of transaction
Government of Nepal, Department of Land Management and Archive, notice of 2082/07/13 inviting applications for a "Real Estate Operator" licence.
From 8 Baisakh 2083, any property registration or transfer involving an artificial (legal) person with a transaction value above Rs. 30 million in the notified metropolitan and sub-metropolitan cities must be processed through a licensed company.
The provision follows the digitisation of property records, bringing transactions that were recorded at government valuation — with market prices and service charges unaccounted for — into a regulated, organised market.
The Government may further expand the operating area and revise the threshold.

Fees are levied as per the rules set by the Government of Nepal and/or the Association of Realtors, with mutual understanding with the client.
